What Norra does

Skilled nursing runs on mobile medical equipment, and most facilities have no reliable way to find it. Norra fixes that. Proprietary smart tags attach to beds, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, BiPAPs, wound vacs, and air mattresses, and small gateways plug into ordinary wall outlets to pick them up. Operators get a live, room-level map of every asset, with no staff scanning and no wiring, and a building goes live in days.

On top of that live map, Norra runs the workflows a skilled nursing operator actually needs: it eliminates unnecessary rentals by surfacing idle or misplaced equipment the building already owns, enables cross-facility equipment sharing across a network, detects equipment leaving the building, produces one-click survey-ready audit reports, logs preventive maintenance against real usage, and lets staff find equipment by texting Norra a plain-language question from any phone. Norra runs on web, iOS, and Android.

The results, from a New York SNF network running Norra today: equipment spending cut by 70% and over 1,100 staff hours saved a year that were previously spent searching for equipment.

Who we build for

Norra is purpose-built for skilled nursing and post-acute care, not adapted from a hospital system.
