This page explains how to request deletion of your Norra account, provided by Norra Inc. (doing business as Norra), and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account directly in the Norra mobile app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email:
Email team@norra.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request."
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of confirming your identity.
When your account is deleted, we delete the personal information associated with your user account from our active databases, including:
We may retain a limited amount of information after account deletion where we are required or permitted to do so by law, including to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our legal terms, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations. Any retained information is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymized.
Please note that Norra is used by skilled nursing facilities to manage their equipment and operations. Equipment, facility, and operational records belong to the facility (your organization), not to your individual user account. Deleting your personal account does not delete facility-owned records, which remain under the control of your facility's administrators.
